Enjoy, and stay tuned for info about the Season 2 Premiere!
Even though The Face has ended and Devyn was crowned the winner, that doesn't mean the fun stops. Oh, hellz no, because we still have the Google+ Hangout with three of the final four, Devyn, Margaux and Ebony (Zi Lin was out at the club, seriously, she was!). So watch the fun above and just to recap, here are the top five mindblowing things we learned about the girls.
Ah, the fun we’ve had this season! The dreams of eight aspiring models have already been crushed as we find ourselves down to a measly four remaining competitors who will duke it out to become the Face of Ulta Cosmetics.
Congratulations, Devyn! The Team Karolina member is officially The Face, but then you've been talking about that all night, right? Well, the very busy mom and face of ULTA Beauty took the time to answer some burning questions, to dish on her biggest competitor, and to question Nigel and Karolina's decision during that quick change challenge. Read on for the dirt!
It was really close, right? With two individual wins in her pocket and a lot of love from the judges, it seemed like Zi Lin might have The Face in the bag. Despite the final win going to Devyn, the former Miss China Universe did make a really strong impression on everyone. Zi Lin has a few last things to say about her time on The Face–including that whole “Special Purple-Gate” situation.
Team Coco’s Margaux put up with a lot this season (ahem, Naomi, Jocelyn and teammate Stephanie), but in the end, she’s the one who made it to the final three of The Face. Although, the title eventually went to Team Karolina’s Devyn, it sounds like Margaux’s career is anything but plateauing. (Who caught that Virgin Mobile commercial that aired during the show?!). Let’s hear her tell us what’s what in her own words.
While Team Coco went 0-7 during the season of The Face, the protective coach and her team members really did capture the hearts of the fans. After overcoming doubters and obstacles, Margaux made it to the final runway challenge (and looked amazing in Zac Posen), but the final win went to Team Karolina’s Devyn. Here’s what Coco had to say about the final decision:
Seven episodes, 12 contestants and 12 challenges later, The Face has wrapped and, yes, we have one more round of Fill-in-the-Blanks to play. First up, Nigel Barker weighs in. It’s been real, Nige!
That was an epic finale of The Face, wasn’t it? Was it what you expected? Up until tonight, Margaux got the screen time and Zi Lin had two individual wins under her belt, but Devyn was kind of under-the-radar. But maybe that was the Rihanna doppelganger’s strategy since she’s the one who was crowned The Face of ULTA Beauty in the end. So what do you think? Do you think Devyn should have won The Face? Vote in the poll! And tell us in the comments who you were pulling for and why!
It happened: The finale of The Face. Aren't you dying to know what's going through the winner's head? You'll also want to hear from rest of the final four who made it to the end of a long and hard fought battle. So watch the Google+ Hangout right now (well, at 10pm)! You can still RSVP and head on over to our Google+ page to ask your questions or tweet @TheFaceonOxygen with #TheFaceHangout hashtag.
